Every survey is made up of Pages and Questions. You can choose from a range of questions and place them on a single page or spread them across several pages. Most of the time you'll spend creating a survey will be spent selecting and configuring different questions. As always, it's best to take a look at examples, so don't forget to click that examples link when you get into the Add Question selection for your survey.
