REQUIRED FIELD
Select what type of text field you would like to add. The Text Field (Single Line) option creates an HTML input of type "text" where only one line of answer can be entered. The alternative option of Text Area (Multiple Lines) option creates an HTML textarea box, where the user can enter break lines.
