You can control how many characters are allowed in the response text field. There are two main controls you can set. You can set the minimum number of characters allowed, and also the maximum number of characters allowed. If you want to set the number of characters allowed in the text field to be exactly 5 characters, you can set both the maximum and minimum settings to be 5 characters.
