The section Restrict Invitation List allows you to filter your invitations based on several criteria. You can use any combination of the following criteria when filtering. Once you have defined the restrictions, simply click Update Invitation List.


Show or Hide invitations that have been emailed ...

When you check this option, you will be able to filter invitations based on when they were last emailed. This option only appears if you have an email column specified within your data set. You can choose to show or hide invitations that have ever been emailed or only if they were emailed within the last 24 hours, week or month. This filter can be useful if you are mailing the invitations in groups or have added new invitations and want to send out an emailed invitation to those who have not yet received one.


Show or Hide invitations for participants that have ...

When you check this option, you will be able to filter invitations based on whether the recipient has responded to the survey yet. You can choose to show or hide invitations based on whether the recipient has not responded at all, only partially responded or completed the survey. A partial response means that they started, but never submitted the survey.


Show invitations invited on/before/after/between ...

When you check this option, you will be able to filter invitations based on when they were created. This is useful for locating invitations that were created on a specific date or within a range of dates. It is also commonly used to display recently invited records when you first create them.
