When creating the email message that will be used during the Saved Progress behavior, you may see a Reply To field. This appears anytime you are using the standard surveyfactory.net email address and do not have any custom email addresses available for use. In this case, any emails sent out from your account will be from a surveyfactory.net domain name with the "Reply To" address set to the account owner's email address. If you wish to use a custom email address, you must add the custom domain name feature to your plan.
