When creating the email message that will be sent for each invitation, you may see a Reply To field. This appears anytime you are using the standard surveyfactory.net email address. In this case, any emails sent out from your account will be from a surveyfactory.net domain name with the "Reply To" address set to the account owner's email address. If you wish to use a custom email address in the From: field, you must add the custom domain name feature to your plan.
