When a survey has multiple languages enabled and multiple languages set, every survey field that is language related will have one input field for each language defined. For example, with a survey that has English, French and Korean set (in that order), the Survey Name field, which is a language field, will have three text fields. That way you can enter the survey name in English, French and Korean.

When the language field is a required field, only one of the language field needs to be filled out. With the sample example above, since Survey Name field is a required one, you can just fill out just the Korean field. If only the Korean field is filled out, when the survey participants selects the survey to be in English, it will use the Korean survey name because the English survey name was not defined. If both the French and Korean survey names were defined and the survey participant is viewing the survey in English, it will use the French survey name (because French comes before the Korean). Our system will search for the first available language string defined in the order of the languages set under the survey editor.
