The Inclusion field controls whether or not the conditions you have created will cause matching responses to appear in the filtered list. The potential options are:

KEEP the Responses if the Conditions Above are Matched

Selecting this option will allow only those responses that match the Conditions to be displayed in the filtered responses list.

FILTER OUT Responses if the Conditions Above are Matched

By selecting the "FILTER OUT" option for Inclusion, responses that match the Conditions will be hidden in the filtered responses list.
