Start by logging in to Yahoo Small Business. Find the Domains link and then proceed to your Domain Control Panel for your domain.

Check to make sure the domain is not being forwarded anywhere.

Click on the Manage Advanced DNS Settings link.

Enter cname.surveyfactory.com into the Destination field and click submit. This will allow the domain and any of the sub-domains to be aliased. If your domain was yourdomain.com, www.yourdomain.com, surveys.yourdomain.com, and polls.yourdomain.com will all point to our service.
