Start by logging in your Joker account. On the left menu, look for the link Service Zone and click it.

Look for the section Domain Settings and click on the proceed button.

On this page, look for the section Nameservice, Mailaddresses and URL-Forwarding. Click on the change button.

You should see a list of domains you own. Click on the domain you want to point to our services. This will take you to the domain configuration page. We want to edit the CNAME record for this domain, so click on the button CNAME-Record.

There two fields to pay attention to. The first field allows you to point a sub-domain to our services. So for example, instead of www, you can enter surveys to point surveys.yourdomain.com to our services. In the next field, enter cname.surveyfactory.com. Click on Save to complete the process.
