The Response was Completed condition type allows you to create a condition that will include or exclude a response depending on whether or not the respondent completed the survey. This condition will only return true if the respondent submitted the final page of the survey and their response was valid.

Keep in mind that if you allow a respondent to modify completed responses, the actual response may not be in a valid state.
