The Respondent's Survey Language condition type allows you to create a condition that will include or exclude a response depending on the language a respondent's survey is set to.

Once you have selected this condition type, simply select the language you want the condition to apply to and you are done. If you need to include or exclude the response based on multiple languages, you will need to create multiple conditions and set the proper Matching option.
