The Inclusion field controls whether or not the conditions you have created will cause matching responses to appear in the filtered list. The potential options are:

[edit] KEEP the Responses if the Conditions Above are Matched

Selecting this option will allow only those responses that match the Conditions to be displayed in the filtered responses list.

[edit] FILTER OUT Responses if the Conditions Above are Matched

By selecting the "FILTER OUT" option for Inclusion, responses that match the Conditions will be hidden in the filtered responses list.
