Use the Applies To field to select those questions which should be hidden or displayed as a result of this condition. Hold down the control or command key on your keyboard to select or de-select multiple questions. The questions selected here will then be hidden or shown depending on the outcome of your condition and the Matching value you have chosen.

Please keep in mind that you may only assign a single condition to each question. Therefore, if a question already has a condition assigned to it, it will appear to be grayed out in the option list. If you want to change the condition that is associated with a specific question, you may do so on the question editor page for that question. Because of the one condition per question limit, it may be necessary to craft more complex conditions that you want applied to each question. For instance, you can create a single condition that takes many items into consideration before hiding or showing a specific question.
